Dawn H. Titus-Rogan, Esq. has been practicing family law in Northern Virginia for over twenty years. Personal History

Originally from New Jersey (but born in Staten Island, New York), Dawn’s legal education brought her to Virginia. Dawn has been married for over twenty years to her husband, and they have a teenage daughter and numerous pets.
