Soo Kang Keithley, Esq.
Owner & Principal Attorney
Soo Kang Keithley, Esq. is the principal attorney and owner of Keithley Law, PLLC. Soo has been practicing real estate and family law for over 20 years. With decades of real estate experience, including attending and conducting thousands of real estate settlements and successfully litigating complex real estate and family law cases, Soo has earned a stellar reputation as a hard-working litigator and creative problem-solver when the situation requires a solution without court.
As the oldest child of two first-generation Korean immigrants, her parents instilled a strong work ethic and tenacity to pursue her professional dreams. Her understanding and skill in Virginia family law have earned her a reputation as a compassionate advocate for her clients.
Advocating with Compassion
After graduating magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in psychology, she attended George Mason University where she received her law degree. Ms. Keithley also regularly volunteers her time educating men and women about relationships with partners of those diagnosed or undiagnosed with high narcissistic traits and other traits of erratic and dramatic or high-conflict personalities. She hopes to educate as many people as possible on the harm that results from being involved with or leaving these toxic relationships. People suffering from these Cluster “B” disorders (DSM V) typically cause emotional, mental, financial, and often, physical, harm on those in close proximity due to their erratic and dramatic personality characteristics, often marred by pathological deception and exploitative behaviors. Her in-depth knowledge of the personality traits that high-conflict people possess helps her clients understand what they may anticipate during litigation with high conflict litigants.
Personalized Representation
Ms. Keithley does not treat her clients as just business. She strives to make a positive impact on each and every one of her client's lives. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her two children and rescue animals. She is an active, longtime parishioner at Nativity Catholic Church in Fairfax, Virginia.
